Allen was always the one to wake up very early; however his eyes were not slouched in a sleepy manner as he normally ran out of things to occupy him with and dismissed himself for bed prematurely. They were neither weary nor animated as he pulled out an old Starbucks cup from the fridge that he had picked up last night and used his other hand to push up his glasses that slipped carelessly down his nose. He drew out a chair and perched himself on it, drinking the cold coffee minutely in short sips as if to kill time. His busy emerald eyes scanned over every word and detail printed on the cup a few times before nearly memorizing it and wandering to the edge of the table where a paper laid on yesterday's news. A bolded title caught his attention, and his eyes gazed over it briskly, reading it in a matter of a second. The Fox catches his prey again at the town Museum Allen's fingers reached for the paper, turning it toward him and closer so that he could read the small print. A local uproar came into being last night, when again an important piece of art was taken from the city's museum. Since before then, police suspected it was a single crime done by the individual acts of a criminal for what they said was a "one time reason and resort". Yet local reporters today say that this theft was committed by the same individual, and there is a possibility that it may continue. A night guardian and witness to the robbery, Paul Ricardo, describes the ‘until now anonymous’ thief. "He had no ears or tail," says Ricardo. "[And] he dressed in dark clothing that blended in with the night. The biggest detail, though, was the mask that covered the majority of his facial features. It was a[n] odd mask; a sort of animal-like one with large eye holes. One could say it resembled something like a Japanese culture kitsune.” Ever since then, a rush of teenage obsession and interest has transformed the situation, making the culprit look like an idol of rebellious mischief. A common name has dubbed this mysterious person from city’s gossip, and everyone is waiting for ‘The Fox’s’ next return. When Allen was done, he pushed the paper away toward the opposite end of the table and finished the last sip of his coffee. He grabbed his keys and once in his old car started the engine. While driving, he found himself slightly distracting, pondering over the whole ‘Fox’ ideal and he eventually shook his head. “What a bunch of bologna.” He parked in the center of the school parking lot, sometimes backing out of the spot in reverse to situate his car perfectly parallel between the lines, even redoing it when it was exact. After he was content, he stared at the school longingly, and to his dismay, he spotted no students. He even recognized only a few staff cars. It was still way too early for school to begin, and Allen just leaned back into his seat, staring at the school grounds and waiting for the bell to sound, as he did every morning. ~

Aiden watched people go by with a nonchalant look on his face, but then again I suppose you could say it was his 'normal' face. He was unapparent to the time since he had ran away from his care taker, yet again. She was probably looking for him, he hated the care takers, and he hated the students too, they would always rat him out thinking he was in danger by himself. Because of Aiden's handicap people seemed to look down on him, thinking he couldn't take care of himself and had to be looked over. In truth Aiden did have a disorder with taking care of himself. The handicap made him pure minded, hatred or distrust can't be built with him unless he is exposed to it on a somewhat daily basis making it easier for him to memorize, and label it as a threat. Therefore, he is very cooperative and cooperation is not always good, but Aiden won't admit this to himself. Aiden was sitting on a bench in front of the administrative office, just because he ran doesn't make him a good hider. Students walking by didn't seem to care he was there, as if used to him being without a care taker. Aiden was breathing a little heavy after his run, his scrawny body sinking into his large jacket, the sleeves overtaking his arms. It was unzipped to expose a plain black shirt beneath it. The jacket had a green and black camouflage coloring, the hood was down, and the end of the jacket was puffing up under the bend of his legs as the extra fabric grouped together. Washed out jeans covered his legs, and red, low grade sneakers on his feet. His hair in the messy layers it usually was. By his looks it didn't seem like he cared much about his appearance, and that judgment would be correct, more like he didn't have the capacity to care. His sagging eyelids made him look sleepy, he was sleepy. The school had warmed since the chilly morning despite the gathering clouds, and the new light and warmth helped to pacify the boy until he fell asleep, right there on the bench in the middle of the school. Aiden runs away from his care takers a lot, but no one really cares where he is, because he sucks at hiding.

Rikel saw a car parked in the school parking lot what a freak, coming to school so early she thought. then again I am early too. she sighed and walked toward the front office."hm" Rikel attempted to open the door, "stupid thing must be locked!" she said, pulling harder and hared on the door, which clearly said the words "push" next to the handle. man I need to get in there, what to do-?. Rikel sat down next to the wall in silence.

A tall figure of a boy strode next the ignorant girl; his deep brown hair was gelled in a sleek fashion. He had small eyes, but they were of a soft blue, shadowed with a dark sleepy shade underneath. He wrapped his pale fingers around the door handle and pushed forward slipping himself inside. His graceful quick sweep inside the office disturbed the air around him, making the creamy colored over sized jacket he wore, ruffle at the edges; it was not connected by a zipper or anything, but opened defaultly to expose a whitish shirt that covered his hard figure. He went by an odd name, Dizzy, one that wasn't common at all but the name wasn't rejected entirely. Dizzy did not hold the door open for her, showing that he probably didn't notice her.

Rikel watched the boy walk inside oooh, you push open the door, she thought, quickly getting up and quickly followed the boy indoors. man, he probably saw me, I feel so stupid.. Rikel thought, turning a bright red color, she walked past him hurriedly, "map, map, where can I find a map?" she said, her large fluffy tail dragging on the floor. I have been here for awhile now, but I am usually late to every class, every day" Rikel thought out loud.

Dizzy's cat like tail curled around his right leg as he walked past Rikel, his eyelids closed. He sat himself on one of the lounge chairs, sprawling his stiff, tense figure lazily over the chairs surface. His tail unwrapped itself from around his leg as he sat; dangling over the chairs edge and giving certain small flicks every once in a while to distinguish its movement. One of his small cat ears gave an uneasy twitch, his hair making them irritably itchy. In his human ears were small wireless ear buds that played music, but was hard to see under his strands of sleek hair. He was very unobservant and quiet, like he wasn't even there. His eyelids remained closed in a tired sag. He either didn't notice Rikel or was careless, once again. (sorry dizzy is hard to RP with) Allen scanned the front building with an analyzing gaze. He then pulled back and unbuckled his seatbelt in a blur of movement. "Gah there's students inside already I must be late! I didn't even notice!" He flung the car door open and shut in in a hurry, feeling an odd sense of pain before falling down nearly on his face, yet guarding it with his bend arms. "Ow..." he mumbled. He released the car doors grip and pulled his bushy tail out, rubbing it tenderly. Big chunks of fur stuck to the sides of the door, but he didn't see it as he reached blindly around for his glasses along the ground. "Meh...I can't find them.." He sighed out in a jumble of words, and stood up shakily. "I'll have to look for them after school, I can't be late.." He recognized the blurry shapes and avoided them, whatever they may be, except for the largest, the office. When he came close enough to the room, however, he didn't see the clear door and hit it hard with his rush to get there on time.

Rikel jumped in shock when she herd a loud "slam!", quickly turning she saw a boy around her age in front of the office, she quickly ran over "are you ok?"she called, once again, trying to open the door the wrong way ahhh, what happened? did I not keep the door open for him? ahh! I’m a horrible person!! she thought horrified at herself. "I'm sorry!" she said, finally opening the door and nearly smashing her tail under the door

Allen rubbed his eyes, his face sore from both hits. He regained his balance and tried to squint infront of him to see who was talking. "Thanks..." He said to the blurry figure, looking a bit shakey but entered quietly without harming himself anymore. He then remembered the reason for his rash actions and wipped around to face her again. "Hey! What time is it?" His eyes darted in a paranoid manner. Dizzy didn't pay attention to either of them, his music still loud.

"um its about..."Rikel looked around and saw a clock" its a about an hour before school starts” she said "I'm sorry I didn't leave the door open for you!” she said suddenly "If I had known you were coming I would have gladly kept the door open, please forgive me!” she said very quickly. I] why is he glaring at me? what did I do? did I offend him? she thought horrified "I am sorry, but is there something I did to offend you? why are you looking at me so angrilly?"she said quietly.” I really am sorry I shut the door.” she said her voice getting quieter and quieter.

Allen's tension drained in one huge sigh of relief, his large canine ears pressed close to his cranium. "An hour..." He mumbled and turned back toward the door, suddenly remembering his last encounter with it and stopped himself warily. "Don't be silly. I'm not mad at you.Would you please.." he turned red with rash embarrassment. "Help me find my glasses please? I'm sorry. I can't attend school without them." Or life, he suddenly realized. "Oh..I was only squinting to see who was talking to me, if you still think I'm upset. I figured you would've simply realized." Allen's messy tail lifted to his side and he reached for it with careful hands, rubbing the sore spot tenderly once again.

"oh! of course!"Rikel said instantly, she looked at his tail "ow..what happened?" she asked, opening the door and holding it open so that Allen could walk out without hurting himself, She sighed as her tail dragged through a pile of dirt,” stupid this is too heavy when its wet.” she sighed, she had recently taken a shower, and her tail was heavy with water."Um, do you know where your glasses might be?” she asked quietly.” and I didn’t' realize that you couldn't see, I'm sorry, I thought I made you mad.."She said holding out her hand to help lead him so he wouldn't get hurt again. "I would be happy to help you find your glasses, if I haven't told you already" Rikel smiled a little.

Allen let go of his tail and it drifted down slowly. "Thanks. I shut it in my car door." His lips curved in a wavy line as his self esteem took a blow as a reminder. He felt the chilly air reach him and realized she opened the door. His foot reached out carefully, before settling into a somewhat normal gait. Allen hadn't seen her helpful hand, but luckily didn't hurt himself. His feet paused after a few feet, and gazed carefully at the parking lot. "It should be by my car...the old Toyota Camry..1996 model.." He mumbled off of his words, scanning meaninglessly throughout the blurry cars, although there were scarcely any about. "Do you see it?" He suddenly felt very alone and thus venerable as he had ventured away from her, and gazed around nervously for her. He spotted her tail, dragging along the floor and reached for it gently, holding onto it for guidance. His face turned scarlet again with a sheepish churn in his gut.

Rikel scanned the parking lot, and saw the Toyota," yeah, I see it." she said, not noticing that Allen was holding her tail, she quietly shut the door and began to walk toward the car, "eh?" Rikel had walked too far away, and finally felt Allen holding onto her tail she smiled" Guess you didn't see my hand huh?" she smiled and waited for him to catch up. he seems nice, I wonder where his glasses are? I hope they aren’t too scratched up.Rikel thought to herself.

The gentle click of shoes came as Aiden's care taker had finally reached the scene, she was relieved to see Aiden still heavily asleep on the bench in a somewhat trance like slumber. Aiden's sleeves had overtaken his hands and the bangs on the left side of his face had slipped with the tilt of his head. The shift in weight causing the hairs to cover his left eye and gather at the corner of his mouth, his care taker smiled. His aid, Ms. Colvin, had long waving hair tied back, some of her hair flowing in front of her ears, the rest pinned back in a clip on her left side. She wore simple clothing of a long dark violet shirt and a dark red skirt with intricate prints, along with black Swede boots, laced up to the top. She smiled delicately, her young face seemed exhausted with the stress of having to deal with Aiden. In a small sigh she placed her tan colored bag on the right side of the bench opposite of Aiden and sat down beside him. After a pause to collect her self and get settled she turned to Aiden with the same smile and with a gentle motion moved the hair out of Aiden's face with her long fingernails, as she did this she spoke. Her voice was very soft, and tender, much like a mother's voice. "Why do you sleep in such strange places...?" She placed the hair behind his ears, her now opened eyes hardened momentarily as she looked over his bald scalp. No cat ears, no virginity, she seemed to think. Ever since she first met him a year ago to now, she has never really gotten used to the fact that someone has actually done that to a mentally handicapped child, to be honest it disgusted her, but she would never let anyone know. Her hands came slowly to her lap and she seemed distant for awhile, her own left cat ear twitched. They weren't large or small, fluffy or lightly furred, average and boring. Much like the rest of her, the average body of a woman, not skinny or fat, her black, cat like tail with a white tip not long or short. She was average in every way, perhaps that is why she liked her job so much, Aiden seemed to be very different, in every way. Her hands were folded neatly on her lap, legs together and her body standing up straight, she watched students go by as time wore on so she wouldn't be caught off guard and have Aiden escape again. Her eyes momentarily drifted over to the boy. His soft milky skin seemed to glow in the light of the morning, his delicate face immersed in the ruffles of his over sized jacket and eyes heavy with sleep as his eyelashes pressed to his cheek. Her stare once again came to her front, and in a small sigh, she whispered to herself. "Different in every way..."
